| Working on our behalf, Aramark manage safe systems in our kitchens which ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance. Our catering staff are trained to the highest standard. Earlsbrook buy only quality products from reputable suppliers. |

| Once assessed individual menus are developed to suit each resident’s needs. Choice is central to our ethos and a Resident can choose from the menu of the day for each meal. Residents can choose to take meals either in the dining areas, or if preferred, in the privacy of their own rooms. Snacks and refreshments are available and offered throughout the day. |
