| We pride ourselves in our expertise in care, and in the spirit of ensuring the same level of expertise in catering we have engaged Aramark Catering, an internationally renowned catering company, to oversee our catering services. |

| Working on our behalf, Aramark manage safe systems in our kitchens which ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance. Our catering staff are trained to the highest standard. Blainroe buy only quality products from reputable suppliers. |

| Once the resident is assessed individual menus are developed to suit their needs. Residents can choose to take meals either in the dining areas, or if preferred, in the privacy of their own rooms. Snacks and refreshments are available and offered throughout the day. |
