Rizalyn Paras RGN is Home Manager of Blainroe Lodge, she has  ten years nursing and  management experience.   Rizalyn oversees the smooth running of the home in all areas of compliance, care, staffing and administration with emphasis on Person Centred care.

Rizalyn closely interacts with Residents and their families as well as her care teams and visiting healthcare professionals.   She has regular review meetings with the resident and their families and pays particular attention to Choice, Privacy, Dignity and Fulfilment of each resident in her care.
