The Home Manager oversees the smooth running of the home in all areas of compliance, care, staffing and administration with emphasis on Person Centred care.

The Home Manager closely interacts with Residents and their families as well as the care teams and visiting healthcare professionals.   Regular review meetings take place with the resident and their families and particular attention is paid to areas such as Choice, Privacy, Dignity and Fulfilment.
